Shea and Danielle are the women behind the scenes, and have been dreaming up ways to help the world sleep better since 2014. As busy working mothers, they know exactly how important it is to prioritise a good night’s rest for your wellbeing. 

Jen is a qualified Naturopath and Western Herbalist with a passion for food as medicine who has spent close to a decade parked firmly under the wellness umbrella.
